Exchange two for one complete?

Hello, I have purchased TomTom Western Europe and TomTom Eastern Europe and it seems these both cant co-operate together. I need to plan a trip across the borders between the West and the East. I would like to not spend another money for TomTom Europe. Is it possible to exchange TomTom Western Europe and TomTom Eastern Europe for just TomTom Europe? In the time of separate purchases the complete version didnt exist.
