Doesnt work

I have had the TomTom app for about a year...It worked for about 6 months. After about 6 months, it cant seem to get GPS reception. I have not changed anything. TomTom and Apple have not bothered assisting/responding when e-mailed about new problems with the app. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
